Ms. Hardesty brings over a decade of legal experience to the BFL team. She graduated with her juris doctorate from Southern Methodist Dedman School of Law. She has experience in a variety of practice areas including probate and guardianship cases, but is currently focusing on the practice of family law. Rwan is also a family law mediator, having successfully mediated family law matters for the last several years. Ms. Hardesty’s practice was previously focused mainly in Ellis and surrounding counties, but she is excited to broaden her reach by joining BFL and now handles cases in all DFW counties.
Rwan is a compassionate attorney who is focused on assisting her clients to strategically plan for, prepare, and navigate the litigation process while dealing with any difficulties encountered during family law matters. She tailors her strategy pursuant to the client’s needs and in response to changing family dynamics caused by the litigation process. She is dedicate to delivering results for her clients and keeping them well-informed throughout the case.
